Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at CMA Turnkey Projects Pvt. Ltd., you will lead business development efforts across Pune, Mumbai, and other key locations in Maharashtra. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. - Identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities in the commercial interiors and turnkey project segment. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with architects, corporate clients, builders, and consultants. - Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and new areas of business potential. - Preparing and presenting persuasive proposals, quotations, and business pitches aligned with client needs. - Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. - Collaborating closely with internal teams - design, project execution, and procurement for seamless project delivery. - Contributing actively to sales and marketing initiatives, including client engagement campaigns, exhibitions, brand promotions, and digital marketing efforts. - Tracking, analyzing, and reporting regional sales performance to management, providing insights for strategic decisions. - Ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate from a recognized university; MBA/Postgraduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred. - 5-6 years of proven experience in business development or sales management within the commercial interiors / turnkey projects industry. - Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Deep understanding of B2B project-based selling and corporate client engagement. - Goal-driven professional with excellent communication and leadership abilities. - Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital sales or marketing tools. - Willingness to travel across Maharashtra as required.
