Job Overview

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management

  • Drive sales performance and growth of the home loan vertical within the assigned region.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new partners and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

2. Market Development & Expansion

  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the partner network in the assigned region.
  • Promote home loan products to new and existing channel partners, ensuring they are well-informed about offerings and updates.
  • Continuously research the regional market to identify potential partners and business opportunities.

3. Training & Support

  • Conduct regular training sessions to equip partners with product knowledge, sales techniques, and tools for success.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve performance.
  • Address partner concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.

4. Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, brokers, and stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and channel partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders to drive business growth.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, productivity, and market trends for senior management.
  • Ensure efficient handling of all administrative duties, including contract renewals and documentation.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor performance for adherence to company standards.
  • Identify potential risks and take proactive corrective actions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Experience:

    Minimum 7 years of experience in sales within the home loan or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing a team of channel partners.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
