Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand with integrity, professionalism, and a passion for design
  • Client Partnership: Build trusted relationships with UHNW clients and top-tier architects, guiding them through product selection and customization
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company growth targets
  • Pipeline Development: Identify and nurture high-value opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence
  • Project Stewardship: Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure flawless execution from concept to installation
  • Market Expansion: Represent Artius at industry events, design expos, and private gatherings to elevate brand presence
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Identify, approach, and convert high-value leads, especially from HNI/UHNI segments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and influencers
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
  • Work closely with the design and execution team to deliver seamless client experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in Sales open to candidates from any industry
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
  • Background in luxury goods, real estate, interiors, or premium services is an added advantage
  • Proven success in high-touch sales environments (luxury goods, architecture, design, or real estate preferred)
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term wins and long-term growth
  • Experience working with architects, designers, or UHNW clients is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for design, sustainability, and craftsmanship
  • Willingness to travel regionally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
