Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance and accountability.
  
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key influencers including architects, interior designers, contractors, and channel partners.
  
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners and distributors to expand market presence.
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to proactively identify new business opportunities.
  
• Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and provide customized solutions.
  
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
  
• Prepare, analyze, and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building materials, wooden flooring, or related industries.
  
• Strong professional network within the interior design, architecture, real estate, and construction ecosystems.
  
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage dispersed regional teams, and travel extensively as required.
  
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
