Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and execute PAN India sales strategy aligned with NGIVDs business objectives. Identify high-potential markets, segments, and customers for expansion. Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure achievement. Team Leadership & Development Build, mentor, and manage a team of Regional Sales Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Executives. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and capability development. Drive a culture of accountability, achievement, and customer-centricity. Business Development & Market Expansion Establish new channel partners, distributors, and hospital/lab networks across India. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders doctors, lab heads, procurement teams, and healthcare institutions. Monitor competitor activities and proactively adjust strategies. Key Account & Revenue Management Manage strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. Drive tender participation, pricing strategies, and large account negotiations. Monitor revenue pipelines and ensure timely collections. Reporting & Compliance Present periodic sales MIS, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with NGIVDs policies, ethical practices, and statutory requirements. Collaborate with marketing, R&D, and operations for new product launches and customer support.
