Role Overview:
Allen Digital is seeking an experienced candidate to oversee school partnerships within their assigned region while managing a team of B2B AssociatesThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in the EdTech or Publication industry, with a proven track record in business development and team leadershipThis role demands a balance between individual contribution and team management to drive growth and expand our presence across multiple citiesKey Responsibilities:
Regional LeadershipLead and manage a team of Territory Managers responsible for school partnerships across multiple cities within the assigned regionPartnership DevelopmentCultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in schools,
including administrators and educators, to promote Allen Digitals products and servicesSales & Revenue GoalsSet and achieve sales targets for the region, ensuring that both individual and
team objectives are met or exceededStrategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement regional strategies to enhance market penetration,
focusing on both short-term wins and long-term growthTeam ManagementMentor, guide, and support B2B Associates in their roles, providing regular
feedback and professional development opportunitiesMarket IntelligenceStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to
adapt strategies and offerings accordinglyTravel & Territory OversightRegular travel to key cities in the region to support the team, manage
relationships, and ensure successful execution of partnership initiativesReporting & AnalyticsMonitor and report on regional performance, providing insights and
recommendations to senior management for continuous improvementQualifications &
Skills:
Experience10-12 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management,with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the EdTech or Publication industryEducationBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
An MBA orequivalent is preferredLeadershipProven leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a sales team
CommunicationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and
engage stakeholders at all levelsSales AcumenStrong understanding of the sales cycle, negotiation tactics, and relationship
management, with a focus on driving resultsProject ManagementExceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and
manage a team across different locationsTech-SavvyProficiency in CRM software, digital tools, and familiarity with the latest trends in education
technologyMobilityWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
