We are hiring Regional Sales Manager for North and West

Location: Noida, Mumbai

Only female candidates.

Job Overview:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and growing the sales efforts within a designated region in the staffing industry. This role involves managing relationships with key clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned region to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase share within existing clients.

Oversee the hiring, training, and development of sales staff to build a high-performing team.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Identify opportunities for expanding client accounts and upselling additional services.

Serve as the main point of contact for major clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met effectively.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to grow the client base.

Develop and execute lead generation campaigns, cold-calling efforts, and networking to generate new prospects.

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote services.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve regional business targets.

Provide detailed forecasts and regular updates on sales performance to the executive leadership team.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maximize sales potential.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with recruitment, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment on sales goals.

Collaborate with the operations team to ensure the timely and quality delivery of staffing services to clients.

Budget and Financial Management:

Monitor sales budgets and ensure that regional sales activities are cost-effective.

Approve pricing strategies and discounting requests while ensuring profitability.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field. (Master's preferred)

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the staffing or recruitment industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and managing teams.

Preferred:

Experience in a specific vertical within the staffing industry is a plus.

Familiarity with staffing industry regulations and compliance standards.
