About Us:

Kar Parivartan is working towards a sustainable future, working closely with companies and recyclers in India, bridging the gap for a responsible disposal and recycling of waste (e-Waste/Plastic/Battery/Tyre & Oil Waste) in channelized and formalized manner to reduce carbon footprints. We aim to promote a Circular economy for a green environment and social impact through awareness for a safe disposal of waste.


Position Overview:

🚀 We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for leading the business in the specific respective geographies for Business Development and Revenue growth/generation. This role involves new client acquisition, Client servicing, exploring new business opportunities in respective regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Sales Management for new client acquisition
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Handling high-value clients and resolving escalated issues effectively
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align regional sales initiatives with organizational goals and sales strategy execution
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to refine strategies and optimize offerings
  • Ensure adherence to pricing policies, terms, and conditions
  • Should adapt various processes for regional planning, forecasting and adding new client
  • Drive

    business development and client acquisition

    for EPR Sales & Services – e-waste, Batteries, Tyres, Plastic, Oil Waste Categories and new categories which may get added over period
  • Create and expand the

    regional presence

    of Kar Parivartan
  • Identify and implement

    new revenue opportunities

    in the region.
  • Build and nurture a

    strong client network

    of producers, corporates and institutions.


🎓Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience of handling big account
  • 3+ years experience in sales & key account management 
  • Strong understanding of sales and account management.
  • Graduation in any stream
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communicator (verbal & written) and a good negotiator
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in

    Waste Management BD (e-waste, battery waste,plastic waste,tyre waste etc.)

  • Network of

    Producers and Importers

    in the respective geography.
  • Strong understanding of CPCB policies and regional compliance landscape.

💰Compensation:

  • Retainer ship plus Profit Sharing Model

    (final terms to be discussed during the discussion).
