Regional Sales Head - Car Loan /Auto Loan (New/Used car loan) -Kolkata

Mandate skills:

• We are hiring a senior professional with

  minimum 8-10 years of experience

  in

  New Car loan, Used Car & Auto Loan.

• Need candidates who has handled big team size of minimum 30-40 direct reportees.

• The person should have handled the mentioned states - Bihar/Jharkhand/West Bengal/Chhattisgarh & Odisha.

• MBA is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Planning

• Drive sales planning for the region on a monthly basis by cascading the zonal sales strategy and aligning the same to dealer groups and outlets
• Drive implementation of sales plan by allocating adequate resources to achieve market share, profitability and volume targets for all outlets
• Track, measure and review sales performance with respect to assigned targets on a periodic basis to ensure adherence to timelines and commitments to internal and external customers
• Gatherer outlet wise information/intelligence and propose dealer network expansions to increase penetration
• Track & execute WIRR ,PF, NFA, declined ratio, model mix on an annual, half yearly, quarterly , monthly , weekly and daily basis
• To monitor performance and targets for TLI for SMs and FEs so as to ensure company targets are met
• Drive right product & profile mix for a strong portfolio.

Dealer Engagement and Networking -

• Maintain strong business relations with dealer partners to identify potential business opportunities and retain their interest.
• Review dealer payouts per policy guidelines on a monthly basis and ensure timely processing of the same, resolve any concerns/ issues in this regard that dealers may face
• Scan external market environment by interacting with salesforce as well as peers in the industry to track offerings by competitors and apply these insights to build new products/ schemes with Credit and Product teams
• Make strong relationships like GM & Showroom manager- to ensure strong performance and resolution of concerns if any.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 12+ years of experience in Auto Loan / Car Loan / Dealer Finance.
  
• Must have worked with NBFCs, Banks, or Car Dealers
  
• Large Team handling & regional sales exposure needed mandatory.
  
• Strong relationship with local dealers
