Job Title: Regional Sales Engineer Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Baroda / Ahmedabad / Hyderabad Department: Sales Employment Type : Resident/WFH Sales Engineer Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell industrial process equipment in the assigned region Identify and develop new customers through cold calls and market visits Conduct technical discussions and product presentations Maintain sales pipeline and update activities in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Provide sales forecasts and market insights Collaborate with engineering, lab, and support teams Participate in trade shows and client meetings Candidate Requirements: Education: Bachelor's in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Experience: 35 years in B2B sales of capital/process equipment Industry Exposure: Paint, Ink, Agrochemical, Food, Pharma, or Mineral industries Skills: Strong communication, technical understanding, CRM usage Languages: Fluent in English and local language Other: Must be self-driven, target-oriented, and open to frequent travel
