Job Description

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to drive supplier partnerships and unlock growth in our fast-scaling transportation business. This is a micro P&L leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, build networks, and create impact that directly fuels business success.

Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring strong relationships and service excellence.


  • Expand Forward Rate Contracting (FRC) and build pricing intelligence to optimize costs and strengthen margins.
  • Grow new clusters, expand capacity, and partner with business teams to design solutions for client needs, including long-term contracts and asset decisions.
  • Build robust SOPs, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and leverage analytics for smarter decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing supplier management team.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in supplier management, ideally within Indian trucking and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and proven ability to deliver cost optimization and growth.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Local language proficiency is a plus.
