Engineer Manager

As a Full-Stack Developer at Logipod Logistics, you will be leading the development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and front-end technologies like React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Your role will involve architecting backend frameworks and services with Python libraries such as Django, Flask, and FastAPI to create RESTful APIs and microservices. You will also be responsible for managing integration with databases, ensuring optimized ORM implementation, and guiding asynchronous programming and API handling using tools like Celery and Redis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining high code quality, implementing development standards, conducting code reviews, managing software product delivery using Kanban and agile methodologies, driving performance optimization, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing functionality and user experience will be part of your duties.
