Key Responsibilities We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to drive supplier partnerships and unlock growth in our fast-scaling transportation business. This is a micro P&L leadership role where you’ll shape strategy, build networks, and create impact that directly fuels business success. Lead supplier selection, onboarding, and performance management, ensuring strong relationships and service excellence. Expand Forward Rate Contracting (FRC) and build pricing intelligence to optimize costs and strengthen margins. Grow new clusters, expand capacity, and partner with business teams to design solutions for client needs, including long-term contracts and asset decisions. Build robust SOPs, ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and leverage analytics for smarter decision-making. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing supplier management team. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in supplier management, ideally within Indian trucking and logistics. Strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision-making, and proven ability to deliver cost optimization and growth. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead the development, testing, and deployment of scalable web applications using Python and front-end technologies like React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
