Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Manager in Retail Operations, based in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and a strong background in retail operations, with excellent leadership and management skills. Roles and Responsibility
Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

Proven experience in retail operations or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of banking and financial services, including housing and mortgage products.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Experience in managing and motivating high-performing teams.
