Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Process Adherence & Quality Management through process training, process re-engineering and Branch review.

Preferred candidate profile

Trainings for new process implementation and new product launch, Process reiterations and awareness communications, Induction, Periodic Orientation Training and Refresher trainings etc.
Drive Process implementation and stabilization through Branch Review. Conduct process audit post implementation.
Review Process gaps and ensure branch trainings for processes are identified.
Initiate Local initiatives to enhance process quality and efficiency.
Able to prepare Training Manuals, FAQs & assessment modules.
Conduct RCA and suggest specific process changes with a goal to reduce error percentage.
Work with the Central team, Zonal Business/Ops teams for driving Strategic Business Initiatives like cost reduction in key processes, FTR improvements etc.

Synergy with regional leadership team. Structured communication with Regional Management every month
