Position Title: Regional Manager Dental Operations, Sales & Revenue

Department: Dental Division Operations & Sales

Location: [JNTU/Hyderabad]

Reporting To: General Manager / Business Director

Position Summary:

The Regional Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring revenue growth across multiple dental clinics in the assigned region. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and proven experience in the Dental Industry to ensure clinic profitability, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Management:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and patient inflow targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing initiatives to improve conversion rates.

Monitor chair utilization, patient consultations, and treatment acceptance rates.

Analyze revenue reports and identify opportunities for business growth.

2. Operational Excellence:

Oversee daily operations of all dental clinics within the region.

Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and clinical compliance.

Optimize manpower, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency.

Maintain high levels of quality, safety, and service delivery.

3. Team Leadership:

Manage and guide Clinic Managers, Doctors, and Support Teams.

Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and team meetings.

Motivate teams to achieve business objectives and maintain service excellence.

4. Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion areas.

Collaborate with marketing teams for patient acquisition and retention campaigns.

Represent the brand in community programs and corporate outreach initiatives.

5. Patient Experience & Compliance:

Ensure superior patient satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.

Monitor feedback systems to improve service quality and patient relations.

Maintain strict adherence to company policies, medical ethics, and documentation standards.

6. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, operations, and financial performance.

Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.

Support senior management in strategic planning and budgeting.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field/BDS/MDS

Mandatory experience in the Dental Industry (minimum 5–10 years).

Proven experience in multi-clinic management, sales, and revenue growth.

Strong understanding of dental treatments, patient behavior, and clinic workflows.
