Regional Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead our operations in Raipur. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing regional sales, customer relations, marketing strategies, and operational execution in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and meet revenue targets
• Develop and implement effective marketing and business strategies
• Manage day-to-day operations and supervise the regional team
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support
• Regularly report on performance metrics and regional updates to senior management
• Maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Interpret and work with AutoCAD drawings when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in the steel, tooling, or engineering industry
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings
• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset
• Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills
• Market analysis and business planning experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
