Purpose/Objective


    A Regional Manager - Brands & Promotion leads the strategic direction and execution of marketing and branding initiatives, drives comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, market share, and customer engagement within the region, ultimately contributing to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Supporting Brand Strategy Implementation - Collaborate with the Regional Manager and senior management to implement brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Provide guidance and support to regional teams in executing brand strategies effectively. Execution of Promotional Campaigns - Collaborate with the Regional Manager and senior management to implement brand strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Oversee localized marketing campaigns that resonate with regional tastes and preferences, amplifying the reach and acceptance of the brand. Market Analysis and Insights - Provide input and insights based on market analysis conducted at the regional level to inform brand and promotional strategies effectively. Budget Management - Assist in managing budgets allocated for branding and promotional activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve maximum impact. Maintenance of Brand Visibility at RSO Level - Ensure consistent visibility of corporate and cement product brands at the RSO level, implementing strategies to address any deviations in marketing locations. - Collaborate with regional teams to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all touchpoints. - Branding Support for Events and Customer Engagement Activities - Provide branding support for various events, customer meets, dealer meets, and tours to reinforce brand presence and enhance customer engagement. - Coordinate with event organizers and internal stakeholders to ensure branding requirements are met effectively. Competitive Activity Reporting - Regularly report on competitive branding and advertising activities to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Cluster Head - Brands & Promotion, providing insights and recommendations for strategic adjustments. - Monitor competitor strategies closely and proactively identify opportunities to differentiate and strengthen the brand. Managing Advertising and Promotional Campaigns - Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of advertising and promotional initiatives to drive brand visibility and customer engagement. - Collaborate with creative agencies and internal teams to develop compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve business objectives. Organizational Skills - Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of departmental objectives and projects. - Implement best practices in workflow management to reduce bottlenecks and improve output quality. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and demands with agility. Transparency in Operations - Foster a culture of openness by sharing information transparently with team members and stakeholders. - Establish clear accountability mechanisms to track performance and decision-making within the department. - Document and communicate decision-making processes and rationales to ensure clarity and understanding. Internal stakeholders: - Regional Sales Manager - Territory Sales Officer - Cluster Head - Brands & Promotion External stakeholders: - Dealers and Sub dealers

Qualifications and Experience


    Educational Qualification: - MBA or equivalent degree, with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: - Minimum experience of 5-7 years in marketing in Branding/Brand management roles, campaign management experience in building materials or allied industry Industry Knowledge: - In-depth understanding of brand management, promotional strategies specific to the cement industry, including best practices for enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.
