Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chembur (Our West Region Office) for a Regional Key Account Manager. The Regional Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing and executing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and using analytical skills to drive sales growth. Tasks include identifying client needs, developing strategic plans to maximize sales, building long-term relationships with key clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Sales Ensuring Primary & Sell-out targets are met.
  • Ensuring Secondary and Tertiary Targets are met through team.
  • To ensure coverage and expansion. Increase SAH
  • To Identify and correct the gaps in Reach – Numeric & Weighted
  • To track and monitor ROI / Absolute income of partners and ways to improve the same
  • To manage schemes so as to drive sales objectives
  • To ensure improvement in Territory Heads productivity using various tools
  • To ensure optimum Span of Control MT manpower – on roll & off roll
  • To ensure timely communication of schemes, new models, events etc. to the Trade Partners
  • To monitor and ensure structured Standard Operating Procedure for Field Force
  • To ensure a strong network against competition
  • To develop localized plans to ensure health and motivation of network

Reporting Structure:

  • Position reports to Zonal Sales Head
  • Positions reporting in: Territory In Charges (in the Region)

Qualifications

  • Strong Key Account Management and Account Management skills
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and executing strategic plans
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate and drive performance
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and trends
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's & Master degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
