Regional Human Resources Manager

As an HR Manager, you will have a diverse set of responsibilities, including: - Identifying short-term and long-term hiring needs - Setting performance standards and evaluating local HR teams - Designing employees" compensation and benefits packages - Defining onboarding procedures in alignment with company culture - Helping to organize employer branding activities such as hosting recruitment events - Determining training plans for employees and departments - Preparing and managing the division's budget - Tracking recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and suggesting improvements when needed - Designing and implementing company policies that align with business objectives - Ensuring all HR operations adhere to legal standards - Supporting staff and managers with day-to-day issues - Coordinating with the National HR Manager to develop organization-wide strategies and objectives Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in HR management or related field - Strong understanding of HR practices and legal regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred) The company is currently based in Ahmedabad, Delhi, Kolkata, and Hyderabad.,
