Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Infrastructure Sector) Department: Human Resources Location: Andheri, Mumbai. Experience: 6–10 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Infrastructure / Engineering/ Construction sector. Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for engineering and infrastructure roles, particularly for tender-based projects (DPR, EPC, PMC, government assignments). A well-established industry network and robust candidate database are essential for this position. Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level engineering roles, especially for tender and project-based requirements. Understand manpower requirements from technical and project teams, analyze job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies. Build and maintain a strong database of technical and engineering professionals across civil, mechanical, electrical, water, and infrastructure domains. Proactively manage hiring for Government tenders and projects, including pre-tender sourcing and pipeline creation. Liaise with internal stakeholders and project heads to forecast future manpower needs. Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured interviews and job-fit criteria. Ensure timely closure of positions with high quality of hire and minimal dropouts. Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence in the infrastructure hiring space. Maintain data and reports related to recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and candidate engagement. Build and nurture vendor relationships and coordinate with recruitment partners. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 6+ years of relevant recruitment experience in the infrastructure, construction, or engineering consulting sector. In-depth understanding of tender-based project hiring and government contracting norms. Proven experience in hiring for civil, electrical, mechanical, and project management roles. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred: Prior experience working with EPC/DPR/PMC or public sector consulting firms. Ability to handle high-pressure and time-sensitive hiring needs.
