Job Title: Manager Tendering - IT Location: Andheri, Mumbai Experience: 5-10 years Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Tender Manager to lead and manage the tendering process for IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Tenders related to System Integrator, IT solutions and services; Should have experience in identification of proper Joint Venture, Consortium, Vendors and OEM partners. Should have experience in bid preparation and submission, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to secure high-value contracts. Key Responsibilities Review and analyse tender documents to understand project requirements. Identification of proper Joint Venture, Consortium, Vendors and OEM partners Prepare, coordinate, and submit tenders, ensuring compliance with all technical and commercial specifications. Liaise with internal teams, including sales, technical, legal, and finance, to gather inputs for tender submissions. Maintain and update tender documentation, including technical proposals, financial bids, and compliance certifications. Provide detailed tender analysis and progress reports to senior management. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IT sector. Identify and recommend strategic growth opportunities. Post-Tender coordinate clarification meetings, negotiations, and contract finalizations with clients. Ensure a smooth transition of awarded contracts to the project execution teams. Key Skills and Competencies Comprehensive knowledge of IT solutions, services, and project delivery. Strong understanding of tendering and procurement processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to interpret technical and commercial requirements accurately.
