Job Description

Project Manager – Education

Responsibilities

Plan and implement education-focused projects as per DMFT’s priority areas (school infrastructure, quality education, digital learning, teacher training, etc.)
Conduct need assessments, develop project proposals, and prepare detailed project reports (DPRs)
Coordinate with education department officials, school authorities, NGOs, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress through field visits, MIS platforms, and periodic reports
Ensure timely fund utilization and compliance with DMFT and government norms
Facilitate community awareness and beneficiary participation in education programs
Document success stories, challenges, and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
Master’s degree in Education from a recognized university
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing education-related projects, preferably in government, NGO, or donor-funded programs
