Regional Human Resources Manager

As a Regional Human Resources Manager in the NBFC industry, your role will involve: - Sourcing profiles through various channels and coordinating interviews. You will work closely with HODs to fill vacancy positions in the region. - Following up with offered candidates, confirming offer acceptance, and assisting with pre-onboarding procedures. Your responsibility will also include onboarding coordination with the candidates. - Driving and leading organizational people strategy and initiatives in collaboration with senior leaders to ensure strategic alignment between business goals and HR. - Implementing HR strategies and solutions that deliver business results and are in line with HR programs. You will act as a consultant to support business objectives and organizational effectiveness. - Collaborating with senior business leaders to develop long-term organizational goals, talent management decisions, leadership development, and succession planning.
