As a Regional HR, you will serve as a strategic enabler and HR advisor to business and operations leaders across the Retail and Service verticals. Your role will focus on aligning regional HR initiatives with business needs and ensuring flawless execution of key HR practices. This includes talent Acquisition, talent management, performance, engagement, training, and compliance - all aimed at enhancing workforce productivity and retention in your assigned region. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition : Partner with business leaders to plan and forecast manpower requirements. Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely closure of open positions and other strategic roles in the region. Support employer branding and regional hiring campaigns in coordination with the central TA team. Oversee regional onboarding and ensure role-specific induction is effectively delivered. Monitor probation reviews and confirmation processes. Identify and enable internal mobility and succession planning opportunities. Talent Management: Partner with business leaders to plan and forecast manpower needs Collaborate with recruitment teams to close open positions on time Oversee regional onboarding and ensure role-specific induction is completed Monitor probation reviews and confirmation processes Identify internal mobility opportunities for career progression Performance Management Drive end-to-end performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews) Train managers on effective feedback and evaluation practices Facilitate performance calibration sessions with vertical/function leaders Support Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and follow-ups Employee Engagement & Attrition Control: Conduct regular employee connects and engagement forums Implement stay interviews and analyze early employee experience Analyze attrition data, identify trends, and recommend interventions Support initiatives to improve retention and reduce early exits Learning & Development: Gather training needs from business and function heads Ensure participation in mandatory and functional training programs Coordinate with the L&D team for planning and tracking training impact Assess post-training application and feedback for ROI Compliance & Governance: Conduct HR and compliance audits across stores and service locations Ensure adherence to POSH guidelines and regional labor laws Collaborate with Legal/Compliance teams for managing statutory obligations Address payroll queries in coordination with the central payroll team HR Reporting & Insights: Maintain regional MIS on key HR metrics – headcount, attrition, training, etc. Present dashboards and insights for regional business reviews Generate actionable insights to drive continuous HR process improvement Track HRBP contribution to business outcomes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Time-to-fill and recruitment SLA adherence (including HRBP role closures) Voluntary and early attrition (monthly/quarterly trends) Onboarding completion rate and feedback scores Performance management cycle adherence Engagement survey scores and action plan closure Audit outcomes and compliance scores Frequency and outcomes of employee connect sessions Field coverage – store/service location visits Training completion rate and post-training effectiveness Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund
