Job Title: Regional Human Resources Manager

Position Overview:
The Regional HR Manager will be responsible for leading the HR function for the assigned region (South/North), aligning HR strategies with business objectives in the wealth management domain. This role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and driving a high-performance culture across branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Drive end-to-end recruitment for wealth management professionals (RMs, Investment Advisors, Relationship Managers, etc.).
Partner with business heads to forecast manpower needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new hires across regional branches.
2. Performance Management
Facilitate the annual and mid-year appraisal process.
Support line managers in goal setting, competency mapping, and performance feedback.
Identify high-potential talent and support succession planning initiatives.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a regional HR business partner and advisor to managers and employees.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive, performance-driven work culture.
Plan and execute engagement activities aligned with company values.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR operations such as attendance, payroll inputs, transfers, and exit processes.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, POSH, etc.).
Liaise with local labour authorities and consultants for compliance audits.
5. Learning & Development
Identify training needs through performance reviews and manager inputs.
Coordinate learning programs for sales, client service, and leadership development.
Track learning effectiveness and maintain training MIS.
6. Strategic HR Partnering
Support business expansion initiatives in the region through workforce planning.
Provide insights on attrition, hiring trends, and compensation benchmarks.
Drive organizational culture and change management initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
MBA / PGDM (Full time) in HR or related field.
37 years of HR experience, preferably in BFSI / Wealth Management / Financial Services.
Strong understanding of regional labour laws and HR practices.
Proven experience managing multi-location teams.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of ownership.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
