Brief Summary of Job

The Regional HR is responsible for executing HR policies, maintaining discipline, conducting branch recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, attendance management, training coordination, and ensuring HR SOPs from Head Office are followed with 100% accuracy in the respective branch.

Duties & Responsibilities

Implementation & HR Operations

Execute HR policies and SOPs shared by Group HR

Maintain attendance, biometric system, leave & overtime records

Manage and maintain employee files, MIS, HR documentation

Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate local hiring as per manpower planning

Conduct interviews with HODs

Manage onboarding, induction, ID creation, documentation

Employee Relations & Engagement

Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, counselling

Maintain staff discipline, uniform policy, behavioural control

Compliance Management

Ensure ESIC, PF, CLRA, factory act compliance

Handle labour inspector visits and statutory documentation

Training & Monitoring

Implement monthly & quarterly training calendar

Provide weekly HR reports to Group HR

Branch Coordination

Act as a bridge between HO HR & branch HODs

Ensure smooth flow of communication and reporting

Qualification

MBA / PGDM in HR

Certification in labour law preferred

Experience Required

5 to 10 years in HR operations

Experience in manufacturing preferred
