Job Description

As a Recruitment Manager, your role involves creating strong partnerships with key stakeholders, such as the business, to understand their perspectives and deliver better results. You will be responsible for driving your team and yourself to achieve key result areas (KRAs) related to recruitment and timely completion of HR formalities. Your proactive approach should involve identifying gaps, proposing changes aligned with business goals, and implementing them effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve recruitment targets through timely and cost-effective solutions, maintaining a healthy mix of recruitment sources. - Identify and empanel Consultants, manage relationships with them, collaborate with local training institutes, implement referral schemes, boost walk-ins, and utilize job portals for candidate sourcing. - Screen and document candidates efficiently, manage onboarding and completion of joining formalities, and assign new employees to their respective departments. - Ensure the percolation and implementation of organizational policies, while orienting managers and employees on company policies and procedures consistently across the location. - Prepare and provide MIS reports as required by Corporate HR and business, and coordinate with the Training Manager for new employees" induction training. - Possess in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management, minimizing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. - Execute initiatives such as Loyalty Awards, Hall of Fame facilitation, and directives from Corporate Team/Senior Management effectively. Qualifications Required: - Strong experience in recruitment and HR formalities management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and drive results. - Knowledge of legal requirements and regulatory compliance related to HR practices. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proactive approach towards identifying gaps and implementing changes aligned with business goals.
