Job Description

As the Strategic HR Planning specialist, you will be tasked with developing a thorough understanding of the business units" operations, market perspectives, and roles. Your responsibilities will include overseeing manpower planning and implementing strategies for sourcing, career planning, capability building, and talent pipeline development. In the area of Talent Acquisition, you will collaborate with the Corporate Talent Acquisition team to facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and selecting top talent for the organization. Employee Relations will be a key focus of your role, where you will serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts. Your goal will be to effectively resolve issues while ensuring a positive experience for all employees. Performance Management will also fall under your purview, involving the implementation of performance management processes such as goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Training and Development will be another critical aspect of your role, where you will identify training needs, design training programs, and provide learning opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees. Ensuring HR Policy and Compliance is essential, and you will be responsible for upholding employment laws and company policies while proactively addressing any potential HR-related risks. Employee Engagement initiatives will be developed and executed by you to promote a positive workplace culture, enhance retention of key talent, and conduct employee engagement surveys to create action plans based on the feedback received. In Change Management, you will assist in managing organizational change initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts. Additionally, you will design programs to support all groups within the unit in navigating change and internalizing these changes effectively. You will be required to leverage HR data and analytics for insights to make informed decisions on workforce planning and development. Feedback mechanisms will also be run by you, and the findings will be shared with unit leadership and line managers. Lastly, your responsibilities will include HRIS management, benefits administration, and overseeing retention and attrition-related processes to ensure a well-rounded and effective strategic HR plan.,
