Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional HR Business Partner, based in Krishnagiri. The Regional HRBP will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, supporting employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The HRBP will work closely with various departments to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Good in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management
• Proficiency in HR Policies and Performance Management
• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• MBA degree is added advantage
• Experience in the microfinance or financial services industry is a plus
