Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Regional Head South, located in Bengaluru. The Regional Head South will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations within the southern region of India. Day-to-day tasks include strategic planning, business development, ensuring operational efficiency, leading a team, and building client relationships. The Regional Head will be required to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Qualifications Strong strategic planning and business development skills Experience in managing operations and ensuring operational efficiency Leadership and team management skills Excellent client relationship building and communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry is a plus 4-5 years of Experience in Healthcare or Orthopedic sales.
