Key Responsibilities: Invoicing & Documentation · Prepare and manage sales invoicing, including E-way bills and E-invoicing. · Handle purchase invoicing, including imports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Banking & Payments · Create payment vouchers and upload transactions on the bank portal. · Manage bank transactions and perform regular reconciliations. · Process staff reimbursements and manage payables effectively. Taxation & Compliance · Perform GST monthly reconciliations and prepare/ file monthly returns. · Ensure timely filing of statutory returns including TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and EPF. · Assist in preparation of compliance-related statements during finalization of accounts.
