Project Technician

Key Responsibilities

· Gather requirements, coordinate installations, and provide go-live support in hospitals.

· Collaborate with CSSD and OT staff to ensure operational readiness.

· Perform barcode etching on surgical instruments and operate laser marking machines Deliver training sessions for hospital staff and provide post-implementation service support.

· Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

· Manage inventory records, usage logs, and related project documentation.

· Prepare and submit implementation reports, progress updates, and feedback.

· Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

· Willingness to travel globally and work in hospital environments.

Education & Experience

· Graduate/Diploma, preferably in Science, IT, or related fields.

· Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in healthcare services, IT, or project implementation.

Skills & Competencies

· Familiarity with surgical instruments

· Basic knowledge of laser marking technology

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

· Ability to work independently and in cross-functional hospital teams.

On the job training will be provided if required.
