Key Responsibilities Gather requirements, coordinate installations, and provide go-live support in hospitals. Collaborate with CSSD and OT staff to ensure operational readiness. Perform barcode etching on surgical instruments and operate laser marking machines Deliver training sessions for hospital staff and provide post-implementation service support. Resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner. Manage inventory records, usage logs, and related project documentation. Prepare and submit implementation reports, progress updates, and feedback. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management. Willingness to travel globally and work in hospital environments. Education & Experience Graduate/Diploma, preferably in Science, IT, or related fields. Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in healthcare services, IT, or project implementation. Skills & Competencies Familiarity with surgical instruments Basic knowledge of laser marking technology Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Good communication skills in English (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and in cross-functional hospital teams. On the job training will be provided if required. Apply now!
