Key Responsibilities:

Invoicing & Documentation

·        Prepare and manage sales invoicing, including E-way bills and E-invoicing.

·        Handle purchase invoicing, including imports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Banking & Payments

·        Create payment vouchers and upload transactions on the bank portal.

·        Manage bank transactions and perform regular reconciliations.

·        Process staff reimbursements and manage payables effectively.

Taxation & Compliance

·        Perform GST monthly reconciliations and prepare/ file monthly returns.

·        Ensure timely filing of statutory returns including TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and EPF.

·        Assist in preparation of compliance-related statements during finalization of accounts.

Accounts Management

·        Maintain accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely follow-ups with customers.

·        Support accurate record-keeping and provide financial data for management review.

Systems & ERP

·        Work effectively on ERP systems to manage accounting operations and reporting.

Who should apply?

Commerce graduate with 2–3 years of relevant work experience, who enjoys working with numbers and is proficient in ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
