Project Technician

As a candidate for this position, your role overview will involve gathering requirements, coordinating installations, and providing go-live support in hospitals. You will collaborate with CSSD and OT staff to ensure operational readiness and perform barcode etching on surgical instruments. Operating laser marking machines, delivering training sessions for hospital staff, and offering post-implementation service support will also be part of your key responsibilities. In addition, you will resolve operational issues in a timely and professional manner, manage inventory records, usage logs, and related project documentation, and prepare and submit implementation reports, progress updates, and feedback. You should be willing to travel globally and work in hospital environments. Qualification Required: - Graduate/Diploma, preferably in Science, IT, or related fields. - Freshers or candidates with 1-3 years of experience in healthcare services, IT, or project implementation.
