Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in the Lucknow Area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and reaching out to potential customers. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery. The role also involves traveling within the region to meet clients and expand market reach. Qualifications Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Market Expansion skills Competence in setting sales targets and preparing sales reports Ability to develop and implement sales strategies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience in the orthopedic implants and instruments industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Ability to travel within the region as needed Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset
