Regional Head Sales

The Regional Head Sales is responsible for driving business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation. Your role is pivotal in developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships. You will need to have a strategic mindset, make data-driven decisions, and provide hands-on leadership to ensure consistent sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business profitability. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing regional sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives, monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches, driving revenue generation by expanding sales channels and entering new markets, leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, or FMCD industries is required, as well as excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You should be willing to travel extensively within the region. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Local Languages is preferred, and knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage. This position is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person, with openings available in Chattisgarh, Jharkand, and Odisha.
