Team Leader - Sales

As the Regional Head Sales, your main responsibility is to drive business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation in the region. You will play a key role in developing and executing sales strategies, leading high-performing teams, and building strong client relationships. Your strategic mindset, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on leadership will be crucial in ensuring consistent sales performance, customer satisfaction, and business profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business growth objectives. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches. - Drive revenue generation by expanding sales channels and entering new markets. - Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. - Strong expertise in Telecom, Fintech, FMCG, or FMCD industries. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the region. - Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, local languages (Proficiency in any additional languages will be an advantage).
