Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Education Industry)

Experience Required: 1–2 years in sales (preferably in the education/edtech sector)

Location: Calicut

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly admission/enrolment targets.
  • Guide, motivate, and train the team on sales techniques, CRM usage, and lead handling.
  • Monitor daily team performance (calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions).
  • Ensure proper lead distribution, follow-ups, and closure of admissions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize lead flow and quality.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and share reports with the management.
  • Handle escalated student/parent queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of courses, fee structures, and admission processes.
  • Drive student walk-ins, counselling sessions, and conversion of prospects into enrolments.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven sales experience in the education/training/EdTech sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
