Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Guide and train sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
Drive customer acquisition through showroom visits, test drives, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with the showroom manager and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure timely follow-up of leads, enquiries, and customer database management.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, performance, and new initiatives.
Implement sales promotions and marketing activities to boost showroom footfall.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution.
Track competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain market edge.
Prepare and share sales performance reports with management.
