Job Description

Customer Engagement: Handling customer inquiries, conducting test drives, and explaining vehicle features and benefits.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting individual and team sales targets for both showroom and field sales.
Digital Sales Integration: Utilizing digital tools and platforms to generate leads, enhance customer experience, and improve the conversion ratio.
Process Adherence: Ensuring accuracy in sales data and adherence to established sales processes and strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Analyzing local market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Departmental Coordination: Collaborating with finance, service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer journey.
