Key Responsibilities:  LeadandmanageallHRactivities related to the sales function in the designated region.  Developandimplement HRstrategies aligned with business objectives to support sales goals.  Partnerwith sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies.  Overseeperformancemanagement,employeedevelopment,andtraininginitiatives for the sales team.  Implementinitiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.  Ensureproperbranchinfrastructure, hygiene and compliancewithemployment laws, regulations, and company policies within the sales function. Key Skills:  Strongunderstanding of Sales HR practices.  Proficiency in sourcing, assessing, and attracting top sales talent.  Demonstratedability to lead HR teams and influence sales leaders.  Skill in designing and delivering sales-focused training and development programs.  Strongverbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.  Proficiency in analyzing HR metrics to drive data-driven decisions.  Knowledgeofemployment lawsandregulations to ensure legal compliance. Experience and Education:  80%+marksin10thand12th.  5+Yearsofrelevant experience & Regional Language Fluency is Mandatory.  MBAfromanyofthetoptiercolleges would be preferred
