Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ludhiana for the position of Regional Head. The Regional Head will oversee regional operations, manage and support the team, and develop strategies to meet business goals. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with company policies, and implementing regional expansion plans. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
