Currently we are hiring for Regional Sales for Asset Management company.

Role: Regional Head

Experience: 5+ Years (WFO)

Location: Surat

Preferred Industry: Asset Management and Broking Industry

• Create and carry out strategic plans to meet sales goals and expand market share in the area.
• Find new business prospects and build connections with financial advisers, clients, and other important stakeholders.
• Keep an eye on market trends and sales performance, and take remedial measures when necessary to spur expansion.
• To guarantee client retention and satisfaction, cultivate and preserve solid connections with current clients.
• Actively solicit client input to pinpoint problem areas and improve service provision.
• For top management, create frequent reports and analyses on branch operations, market trends, and sales performance.
• Develop close ties with important parties, such as industry associations, community organizations, and regulators.

Requirements:

• An additional benefit will be exposure to the

  M.F. industry.

• Product expertise.
• Well-versed in the market and well-connected.
• Essential abilities for managing accounts.
• Needs to be detail-oriented.
• Must be prepared to add jobs in a horizontal fashion.
