Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Region Head has to oversee a group of branches within a specific region.
The Region Head responsible to lead and manage banking operations, business development, Revenue growth, Credit & Risk oversight, customer service, compliance, and people management and staff productivity, across all branches within the assigned region.

The Region Head is responsible for driving business growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring regulatory compliance in alignment with the bank's strategic goals, all within the framework of the RBI and internal bank guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 15 years of total service in the Bank including at least 3 years in similar role.
Experience in Branch Banking, Credit, Business Development or Operations.
Proven track record in business target achievement and branch growth.
Strong leadership, Communication and team coordination skills.

Deep understanding of customer relationship and product awareness.
