Role Overview:

The Regional Head will lead the Rural Farm Mechanization business for the assigned region, driving growth through strategic planning, team management, and strong market penetration. The role involves managing sales, dealer networks, and ensuring profitability while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional strategies for Rural Farm Mechanization products.
Drive business growth through dealer network expansion and direct sales initiatives.
Manage and mentor regional sales teams to achieve targets.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, dealers, and institutional clients.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to credit policies and risk management guidelines.
Collaborate with product, credit, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of rural farm mechanization products and agricultural financing.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle large-scale operations and dealer networks.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture, Business Management, or related fields.
