Key Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and revenue recognition
Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Coordinate budgeting and financial forecasting processes
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and tax filings
Develop and maintain internal control systems and accounting policies
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors
Support strategic financial planning and decision-making

�� Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role (typically 5+ years)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
A qualified Chartered Accountant

The position has dual reporting to the India Country Manager and to the Global Finance Controller based in the US.
