Job Requirements Regional Credit Manager Regional Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit assessment and underwriting process for property-backed loans within the designated region. Responsibilities Evaluate and analyze credit applications for loan against property in accordance with the bank's credit policies and procedures Conduct thorough due diligence on property valuations, legal documentation, and customer creditworthiness Manage a team of credit analysts and underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications Collaborate with sales and business development teams to assess potential risks and opportunities in the market Monitor and review the credit portfolio performance, identifying potential areas of improvement and risk mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies Skills Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting for loan against property, preferably in a banking or financial institution Strong knowledge of property valuation, legal documentation, and credit risk analysis Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to make sound credit decisions and manage risk effectively Proficiency in using credit assessment tools and software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Show more Show less
