Regional Credit Manager - Business Loans and LAP

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible for assessing customers sourced by the Sales team in line with the credit policy, and determine deviations and exceptions. Handling credit underwriting of secured/unsecured in the mapped region including visiting the customers. Analyse delinquencies vs market trends specific to the location and provide related feedback to the sales /credit managers, including taking corrective action. Functionally manage the branch credit team for prompt and quality credit processing, adhering to the credit policy and defined processes & providing necessary approvals in line with the credit policy. Mentor and guide the branch credit manager for attainment of set targets, discipline, process compliance and adherence to company's rules and regulations. Monitor productivity of branch credit manager and conduct periodic branch visits for supervision and better oversight. Training to Credit & Branch distribution team on monthly basis on Credit policy, latest amendments, improvement areas & collecting constructive feedback. Preferred candidate profile CA or MBA with experience. 8-10 years of prior experience in LAP and Business Loans credit in NBFC/Bank in Mumbai. Experience in handling big ticket size cases.
